The Management Board consists of three people: General Director of “Riga Re” SE, Chief Accountant of “Riga Re” SE, and Head of the Claims Department of “Riga Re” SE. The chairman of the Management Board is at the same time the General Director of “Riga Re” SE. To make decisions, the chairman needs the support of at least one of the members of the Management Board. For the same purpose, the member needs the support of the chairman of the Management Board. The Supervisory Board also consists of three people; they are not employees of “Riga Re” SE. Neither the Chairman of the Supervisory Board nor the other members have decision-making rights on behalf of the SE. |
