The Transnational Trade Union Rights (TTUR) Network is one the ETUI’s permanent expert networks and is composed of leading experts in European labour law. The TTUR Network was established by Brian Bercusson in 1997 and met for the first time that same year. The aim of the network is to strengthen and empower the trade union movement with research-based knowledge on comparative and European labour law. In the past decade, its research has focused on European labour law, with a particular emphasis on fundamental social rights. It is coordinated by coordinator Zane Rasnača.
The work of the network is best illustrated by its publications, including:
- Dorssement, F., Lörcher, K., Clauwaert, S. and Schmitt, M. (eds). (2019). The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the Employment Relation. Brussels: ETUI.
